Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best possible experience, quality and satisfaction with your purchase.

Please note, that the only items that are in stock are the items visible on the website. All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Ten Eight USA does not store inventory in-house, therefore, items ship from different facilities.

There are no returns or exchanges at this time.  As a friendly reminder, please ensure you select the proper size according to the sizing chart provided before checking out.  All purchases are custom, specifically made to order and final. There are no refunds.  

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders are shipped from different facilities. 

Normal processing/shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Ten-Eight USA is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 

If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
