First, thank you for purchasing with Ten Eight USA! We hope you'll come to love our tees as much as we do!
There are no returns or exchanges at this time. All items are custom, specifically made to order and final. There are no refunds.
Please note, that the only items that are in stock are the items visible on the website. All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Ten Eight USA does not store inventory in-house, therefore, items ship from different facilities.
As a friendly reminder, please ensure you select the proper size according to the sizing chart provided before checking out.
If your item was damaged at arrival, please email our support team at teneightusa@protonmail.com with the subject: Damage/Replacement and always include your order number, picture photo, and name within 30 days. Please allow 24 business hours for our customer service team to get back to you! We appreciate your patience as we get through this together.
After 30 days, your item will not be replaced.
